Pausing your training:

All students have the freedom of learning at their own pace.  You can study at your own schedule, which ever is most convenient for you.

When you do decide to take a break, it is very important to pause your training prior to logging off.  If you do not pause your training, you will lose all of your work and you will have to start over from scratch.

To pause your training, look for the “Pause your training” feature at the bottom of every lesson:

Please ensure you enter in your e-mail address to successfully pause your training. An automated e-mail will be sent to you to confirm you have paused your training along with a link that is used to resume your training. To continue your training, refer to the e-mail and click on the link provided.

Time limit to complete your 32 hour on-line security guard course:

The system grants everyone access to our secure training portal for 30 days.  All students should complete their on-line security guard training before the subscription expires.

Should a student need more time, we can manually extend it upon request. Please do not wait until the last day or wait until your subscription expires prior to asking for an extension. Once it expires, you will have to create a new account.
